Do you offer reduced prices for bulk orders?

Yes. Please contact us if you want to place a bulk order. Every request will be assessed on an individual basis.

My product was faulty when I received it

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or damaged in delivery or not what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the faulty product by sending an email from our contact us form or via live chat.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and Paypal.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No! You can check out as a guest, but it’s easier to create an account as it means your images are saved for future use and you can pop in and out of creating products on multiple devices, saving your progress as you go.

How do I use my offer code?

Just pop it in the voucher codes box at the payment stage and it’ll be deducted from the total price.

How do I contact you?

Use the instant chat online for the quickest response during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9.30 – 16.00). Alternatively, fill in our contact form and we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back in the office.

What happens once I’ve placed my order?

Our team of pixies will beaver away to create your masterpiece.  You will be kept up to date via email on your order status and delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order has been placed, we will unfortunately not be able to amend, cancel or refund the order unless there is a website fault. This is due to the fact that all orders go into production automatically.

I made a mistake on my order; can I fix it?

We recommend proof-reading your designs before submitting them, because we start printing almost immediately. Just contact our customer services team and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I order a second copy?

Of course! Order ten! If you have a big celebration you want to commemorate – a wedding album or hen/stag/birthday/dog purchase party and there’s a group of you that want a memento. You can reorder by logging into your account and just replacing the order without having to create it again.
