My product was faulty when I received it

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or damaged in delivery or not what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the faulty product by sending an email from our contact us form or via live chat.

What happens if I’m not home when you try to deliver my parcel?

If you’re not in when the delivery is attempted, the delivery agent will leave a card with instructions on what to do next. For Wall Art products your agent will be from from DPD. We use Royal Mail for all other products.

Where are products printed?

All our products are printed here in the UK.

Delivery timescales

As all our products are personalised for each customer, the delivery timescale will include the time it takes to print each product and the delivery time.
Rebel Moments currently only delivers to the UK and we offer the following two services.

During December some orders may take longer to arrive due to the large volumes being processed by postal services.

Free standard delivery
This service is sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post and is a free option. It will not be tracked and the delivery timescale is 7-9 working days from the day after the order was placed.

Order by the 14th December to receive your order with FREE delivery for Christmas.

Express tracked delivery
This service is fully tracked and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. It is £6.99 per item and the delivery timescale is 4-5 working days from the day after the order was placed. Once your order is complete and ready to be sent, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Order by the 16th December to receive your order for Christmas.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No! You can check out as a guest, but it’s easier to create an account as it means your images are saved for future use and you can pop in and out of creating products on multiple devices, saving your progress as you go.

How do I contact you?

Use the instant chat online for the quickest response during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9.30 – 16.00). Alternatively, fill in our contact form and we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back in the office.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order has been placed, we will unfortunately not be able to amend, cancel or refund the order unless there is a website fault. This is due to the fact that all orders go into production automatically.

I made a mistake on my order; can I fix it?

We recommend proof-reading your designs before submitting them, because we start printing almost immediately. Just contact our customer services team and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I order a second copy?

Of course! Order ten! If you have a big celebration you want to commemorate – a wedding album or hen/stag/birthday/dog purchase party and there’s a group of you that want a memento. You can reorder by logging into your account and just replacing the order without having to create it again.
